    • We require information about your arrival and place of stay to apply to the appropriate flight car and know where we need to deliver you.
    • We require your phone number and email address, in case of an emergency or any changes to your transfer, and also to confirm your booking.
    • We require your address to handle the transaction on your credit card and proof of identity, so that any possible fraud could be avoided.
    1. To make a reservation we ask you to provide us with your trip details, such as, driving instructions, address, flight/ train/ bus number, hotel information, pick- up time, special requests, car preferences, etc.
    2. We also collect the information about your trip, location data from the car that you are traveling with. All of our cars use GPS, we see the information about the route the car traveled during your transfer in case of misunderstanding.
    3. We use cookies and other technology to keep track of your online interactions with our sites. We use third party vendor’s cookies, including Google, to track these interactions.
    4. We also collect your feedback (with questionnaires, emails) to improve our services.
    5. RigaTransfers24 will never store your credit card information. We always pass it directly over a secured connection to the payment service provider.
